THE PRINCIPLE HAS ALREADY WORKED FOR SMAC.

Before the workflow had a name, the method was already proving itself.

The Google Chromebook work went beyond placing familiar talent in a campaign. It translated Deion Sanders, Shedeur Sanders, and Shilo Sanders into an audience-and-consumer story the brand could act on, then carried that logic into the first season of Coach Prime on Amazon.

Knowing the talent opened the door. Showing why the audience and the brand belonged together helped earn the yes.

That method is now repeatable across SMAC’s talent, branded content, and original productions, with more speed, clearer qualification, and pitch-ready execution.

That judgment isn’t a query result. It comes from research the system surfaces, read against years of partnership pattern, then checked by a person before anything reaches SMAC.

Source boundary

Public sources corroborate the Google campaign and family casting and the first season of Coach Prime. The cross-property strategy and Erik’s role are firsthand campaign history.

THE SMAC REPORT MAPPED THE COMMERCIAL FIELD.

Built without SMAC’s internal priorities, relationships, or live conflict data, the report showed where SMAC could move and distinguished which opportunities were open, conditional, or publicly evident as active.

How to read the opportunity range

This is the aggregate of the report’s directional low–high 12-month opportunity ranges across eight analyzed clients. It is not booked revenue, a forecast, or a guarantee. The 24 concepts include 14 open, eight conditional, and two that public sources indicate are active. Individual lanes remain subject to representation, conflicts, availability, outreach, negotiation, and close.

A SEPARATE WIZ STUDY TURNED ONE SIGNAL INTO A SPONSOR-READY PLATFORM.

“Wiz is running more.”

With no formal assignment or internal brief, the system detected a repeatable behavior, measured the response, and established which brand categories the audience would accept from him. It then classified commercial signals, identified category whitespace, and developed Run With Wiz as a sponsor-ready participation platform concept.

10 / 23Observed posts were running-led
+68%Median engagement vs. non-running baseline
+106%Median video views vs. baseline

At least 17 commercial signals surfaced; 14 were direct brand-account engagements. The result was not a logo list. It was a partner architecture SMAC could take to market.

Methodology and source boundary

The post set reflects the observed August 1–16, 2026 sample used in the Run With Wiz analysis. The 10/23, +68%, and +106% figures compare running-led posts with the defined non-running baseline for that sample. Commercial signals are public interactions: at least 17 surfaced, with 14 direct brand-account engagements. These are observational findings, not audited platform first-party analytics or guaranteed partner interest.

The analysis found a clear participation story: people responded to visible progress and consistency more than elite pace. “If Wiz can run, I can run” became the commercial opening across daily trainers, wearables, recovery, and participation tools.

The partner architecture combined that audience response with the runners, creators, athletes, and brands already gathering around the posts. That is how observed behavior became a usable sponsorship platform rather than a list of logos.

THE REPORT IS THE PROOF.
THE WORKFLOW IS THE SCALE.

The report demonstrates that the system can surface commercial opportunity and provisionally qualify where SMAC should look next. The managed workflow keeps that intelligence moving from signal to an opportunity SMAC can confidently take to market.

01 Detect

Audience behavior, cultural movement, inbound interest.

02 Qualify

Fit, timing, authority, public conflict signals, and category availability. Flags go to SMAC for confirmation.

03 Develop

Partner thesis, open category space, activation, commercial story.

04 Package

Named targets, outreach logic, and pitch-ready presentation.

05 Pitch + close

SMAC activates the relationship, negotiation, and deal.

ONE INTELLIGENCE ENGINE.
THREE COMMERCIAL APPLICATIONS.

The subject changes. The commercial questions stay consistent: who has permission, who is reachable, what fits, and what can be sold.

Talent Monetize the person

Read the audience around the talent, not just the follower total.

Map recurring audience behavior, influential voices, active categories, public conflict signals, and brand permission.

  • Qualified brand targets
  • Open category space
  • Partner-specific narratives
Branded content Monetize the idea

Prove why the idea belongs in a brand’s customer world.

Connect theme, cast, cultural moment, audience behavior, and brand objectives before creative outreach begins.

  • Sponsor/category shortlists
  • Audience and occasion rationale
  • Integration concepts
Original productions Monetize the property

Treat the cast and format as a combined commercial network.

Analyze cast authority, aggregate digital footprint, reachable audiences, distribution, and natural sponsor roles.

  • Property monetization map
  • Advertiser-fit architecture
  • Pitch-ready sponsorship story

THE INTELLIGENCE LAYER FITS THE COMMERCIAL RHYTHM SMAC ALREADY OWNS.

This is a person working alongside SMAC’s existing commercial rhythm, not a platform to adopt. SMAC names the priorities, shares context, owns relationships, and closes. ASON develops the research, qualifies the opportunity, and produces the pitch-ready story and assets.

TWO PROOF CASES. ONE COMMERCIAL INTELLIGENCE SYSTEM.

Introductory proof engagement $1,000 fixed No recurring commitment

Each proof case is developed to the depth of the Run With Wiz study, then shaped around the specific commercial question SMAC selects.

Proof case 01 · Talent One talent + one commercial category or challenge.

Show why the person, audience, and opportunity belong in the brand’s world.

Proof case 02 · Property / IP One podcast, show, original production, or other SMAC property + one desired partnership.

Show why the property, its audience, and a sponsor belong together.

Full research + evidence packagesThe research, findings, citations, and working outputs developed for the two selected cases, organized for SMAC’s internal use
Qualified opportunity mapsBrand targets, supporting rationale, category whitespace, and relevant conditions
Sponsor-ready narrativesA clear commercial story for both the talent and property opportunity
Sponsor-facing presentationsPolished materials SMAC’s sales, marketing, and brand partnerships teams can take directly into sponsor conversations to advance each opportunity

SMAC-designated stakeholder(s) To be determined · the delivery target is agreed at kickoff

Complete at handoff

The engagement is complete when SMAC receives the agreed research packages and sponsor-facing presentation materials for both selected cases. The $1,000 fee is priced to prove the system, not to define the value of the ongoing work.

What SMAC can evaluate

Whether the intelligence reveals stronger commercial paths and whether the presentation gives SMAC a clearer, more persuasive way to advance each opportunity with prospective sponsors.

SELECT THE TWO PROOF CASES.

Choose one talent and one commercial category, then one SMAC property or IP and one desired partnership. SMAC confirms the two priorities, we align on the agreed outputs, and the proof engagement begins.
